Purchasing Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Pay $15-$17 DOE
- Managing purchase orders
- Monitoring inventory
- Creates product price sheets based on the product, price, and quantity to be submitted to the sales team member.
- Collaborate with team members to create and manage purchase orders.
- Ensure accuracy in order details, quantities, and specifications.
- Resolving discrepancies
- Assist in identifying potential suppliers and vendors for various goods and services.
- Conduct research to assess supplier capabilities, pricing, and product quality.
Purchasing Assistant Qualifications:
- Must have good communication and organizational skills.
- Required - 2 -3 years experience working as a purchasing assistant
- Required- Excellent Excel, Word, Access and Outlook skills.
- Updated resume
