Forklift operator
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at a leading manufacturer in the paper pulp industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling heavy materials, moving finished goods, and raw materials within our facility. Your primary responsibility will be operating forklifts in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring smooth material flow for our production lines.

Forklift operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts available.
- Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished paper products, and other supplies between production areas, storage, and loading docks.
- Load and unload trucks with paper pulp products, ensuring proper stacking and securing of loads.
- Assist in maintaining inventory by accurately recording the movement of materials
- Assist with other general labor tasks in the plant as needed.
Forklift operator Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience operating a forklift, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. (preferred)
- Experience in the paper or pulp industry is a plus. Certification: Valid forklift operator certification.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work well in a team.
