Human Resource Business Partner Details:
Direct Hire position- $
70,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Lead employee relations efforts, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while advising on HR best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Human Resource Business Partner Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with HRIS, talent management systems, and compliance frameworks is an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of US labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development strategies.
