General Warehouse Support Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 17.25 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Duties:
- Maintain, sort, and organize merchandise so that it can be easily located in proper bin locations
- Assure that product that is being picked for customer orders is 100% accurate
- Responsible for picking, packing, and loading/checking out of customer will call orders
- Process cable cuts, lagging/boxing of reels/coils, and palletizing reels per customer requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the company
- Help ensure the Warehouse is kept clean daily (sweeping/daily pickups of all trash on the floor)
- Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Engage work with a high sense of urgency and be highly organized and detail oriented
- Work overtime as required based on business needs
- Additional job duties and responsibilities can be added at any time
General Warehouse Support Qualifications:
- Must be able to operate a standard forklift
- Must to be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead
- Able to work under deadline pressure as organization skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly and accurately for customer orders
- Experience using a handheld scanner
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
