Air Tool Repair Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.62 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift
This position will have responsibility for the repair, auditing, and certification of all plant torque control equipment and general air and electric tools. This includes impact tools, pulse tools, air tools, hand tools, and various electronic controlled torque tools. This position will also work with the Datamyte statistical hardware and software used to control torque processes on the shop floor. This position will be responsible for statistical process control relating to torque control, torque process troubleshooting and diagnosis. This job requires interaction with all levels of personnel to assure proper torque procedures are achieved. Assist in performing Quality hold rework as needed.
Air Tool Repair Technician Qualifications:
- Maintain pneumatic air and electric tooling.
- Perform torque tool calibration checks.
- Maintain air hose reels, RFL units.
- Monitor and maintain repair part inventory.
- Training of new employees into the area.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
