Maintenance Planner Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 to $ 55,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to prioritize work orders and coordinate repairs.
- Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and manage procurement to ensure availability.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through proper documentation and planning of maintenance activities.
Maintenance Planner Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant planning experience
- At least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or related studies.
- Functional experience in CMMS, maintenance planning, parts/inventory management
- Familiar with GMP manufacturing requirements and protocols
