Human Resource Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
29.00 to $ 32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage employee relations and create a positive culture in the workplace
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
- Assist in developing policies & procedures
- Resolve issues & find resolutions
- Administer benefits and PTO program
- Process payroll & time for multiple locations using ADP software
- Maintain employee records & follow all labor laws & regulations
- Communicating with external customers
Human Resource Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years working in Human Resources is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, and HR best practices
- ADP or similar payroll experience is required
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding is required
- Ability to manage employee learning & development required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
