Carrier Services Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Handling incoming calls from carriers and customers regarding compliance issues, such as documentation requirements, safety regulations, and delivery procedures.
- Conducting outbound calls to verify shipment details, resolve compliance discrepancies, and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
- Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of compliance-related activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and compliance, to address customer and carrier inquiries in a timely manner.
- Identifying trends or recurring issues and recommending process improvements to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.
Carrier Services Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with Microsoft Suites such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience in an office setting is required working with multiline phones and computers.
- Training schedule is 6am-3pm, regular schedule 7am-4pm
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
