Customer Care Representative Details:
Direct Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 27.00 / hour First Shift
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- Assist in preparing and processing quotes, invoices, and sales orders for metal building components.
- Maintain organized records of production schedules, orders, and delivery documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve any customer concerns or issues in coordination with relevant departments (sales, production, logistics).
- Liaise between different departments, including sales, production, and shipping, to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory of required components.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and other team activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, production output, and inventory levels.
- Ensure that all contracts, purchase orders, and other documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Assist in preparing presentations, memos, and reports for management as needed.
- Track stock levels of building components and assist in inventory management.
- Support purchasing teams by maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
- Accurately input order and inventory data into company systems.
- Use software tools to analyze sales, order trends, and inventory needs, providing insights to the management team.
Customer Care Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in business administration preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the construction or metal building industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
