Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Serves customers by providing information & resolving service problems
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer
- Verifies hands-on inventory is sufficient to cover shipping orders
- Interacts with drivers & completes customer paperwork as product is shipped or received
- Interfaces with customers via phone, email and counter
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Strong problem solving and people skills
- Understanding of computer and office systems such as Microsoft Office Suite & Google Apps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail are a MUST
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
