Our Winamac client is seeking an EXPERIENCED MIG WELDER to MOUNT HOISTS. Pay is based on experience and ranges $22-$27 per hour.

Welder - MIG Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble, mount, adjust and test mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment – truck mounted roll-off hoists
- Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Mount hoist on truck: drilling, bolting, welding, plumbing, wiring
- Test mechanical products and equipment after assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
Welder - MIG Qualifications:
- Knowledge in welding, drilling, use of pneumatic tools, use of fixtures and instructions
- Ability to use overhead cranes
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and mechanics
- Knowledge of routing and plumbing hydraulics
- Ability to read installation instructions, follow checklists
- Proven experience in vocational body-building/upfitting is an advantage
- Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
- Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules
- Ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
- Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Ability to coordinate two or more limbs while sitting, standing, or lying down.
- Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
- Advantage if Post-Secondary Certificate - awarded for ASE, welding, truck or vehicle maintenance
- Ability to lift up to 75#
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
