Powder Coater / Paint Booth Attendant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Ensure proper paint adherence by meticulously preparing and cleaning parts
- Maximize the efficiency of our powder coat system by expertly hanging parts on the conveyor system for high-quality coating
- Deliver exceptional product quality by applying primer and powder coat paint with precision
- Safely unload finished products onto pallets, ready for packaging and shipping to our valued customers
- Keep equipment and work areas spotless to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Contribute to the team by taking on additional duties as required.
Powder Coater / Paint Booth Attendant Qualifications:
- Self-driven and motivated; hard worker capable of working unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Quick learner with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift or move 60+ lbs. products continuously and stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Strong time management skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Experience in powder coating is preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
