Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Greet patients as they arrive or leave
- Answer phone calls, direct calls, take messages, and answer emails promptly.
- Confirm insurance and secondary insurance.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Experience, associate degree, or certification in dental administration or a similar field preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is not required but is preferred and a plus
- Must be able to work Monday-Saturday 6-12 hour shifts.
- Must have good work history
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
