Experienced Bookkeeper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
12.00 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
- Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Complete tax forms
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Experienced Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- At least 3 years years full-time, professional bookkeeping experience, using QuickBooks Online, with extensive full-cycle bookkeeping skills required. -
- Current QuickBooks ProAdvisor Online Certification is required.
- We will ask for your certificate during the interview process to verify your credentials.
- Experience working with multiple companies or sets of books simultaneously.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
