Storage facility is in search of a part-time property manager. Shift time will vary.

Property Manager - PT Details:
Direct Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Saturday throughMonday )
- Part time- Sat, Sun, and Mondays
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions.
- Complete facility inspections for cleanliness and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping, keeping interior and exterior grounds clean and free of debris.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits daily.
- Take customer payments, send payment reminders, and make collections calls when needed.
- Other duties as required
Property Manager - PT Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, reach, and lift up to 35lbs as needed.
- At least 1 year of property management experience preferred
- Marketing/advertising experience a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a pre-employment drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
