Staff Accountant
We are looking for an accountant with a background in public accounting, ideally with 3-5 years experience in auditing and tax preparation.

Staff Accountant Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Preparing financial statements from client information
- Reconciling and tying out accounts
- Preparing clients trial balance for year-end tax and accounting work
- Working with clients to gather tax information, creating tax documentation, and preparing tax returns for businesses and individuals.
- Management of multiple client accounts
- Keep track of deadlines and deliverable for multiple clients
- Payroll knowledge
- Sales Tax Returns
- Regular communication with clients
- Answer client questions and provide advice
Staff Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years of experience in tax preparation and accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Thomson Reuter Software Products (Preferred)
- Communicates financial information clearly
- Demonstrates organizational, problem-solving, project management and time-management skills
- Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Input & generate monthly financial statements for business client
