Talent Acquisition Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
42.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Identifying, sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for technical roles within a company,
- Hiring managers to define specific requirements for each position
- Key tasks include writing job descriptions, utilizing niche platforms to find candidates, and evaluating resumes based on specialized technical skills.
Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years plus of technical recruiting experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
