Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Acquire extensive product knowledge for strong, professional representation
- Answer incoming calls and emails timely and professionally
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Determine customer requirements to provide verbal and electronic quotations
- Process orders in company program and distribute to appropriate department
- Update customer information in database after each call or email
- Provide customer service by answering questions, offering solutions, issuing quotations, and processing orders.
- Follow up on quotations to increase order securing ratio
- Coordinate leads, quotes, and issues with outside sales and management
Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Must speak, read, and write fluent Spanish and English
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- Must have 2 + years inside sales experience.
- Must have experience in Sales Support, Product Training, Manufacturing Training, and Sales Training.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to travel internationally for work.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
