Welder (SMAW) Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Job Duties:
- Weld various components for applications such as shipbuilding and pipelines.
- Monitor the welding process and adjust heat as necessary.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Maintain welding equipment and machinery
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
Welder (SMAW) Qualifications:
- SMAW(Shield Metal Arc Welding) certification (required)
- Previous knowledge of welding safety protocols and be able to adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
- Must be physically able to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time.
- Must have attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds while maintaining productivity.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
