Quality Control Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Develop and implement quality control processes
- Create and enforce policies and procedures for testing, inspecting, and evaluating products Ensure products meet standards.
- Verify that products meet quality standards and are ready for sale or distribution Monitor production
- Oversee production operations to ensure they meet standards Inspect products:
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify areas for improvement Write reports
- Write reports on findings to communicate issues and recommend solutions
- Train staff: Ensure staff are following quality standards and best practices
Quality Control Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years or more manager in Lab Setting
- 1 year supervisor role.
- Proven experience in quality control management
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
