Elwood Staffing is looking to hire several Valve & Wellhead Technicians in OKC, OK!
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, with some OT and Saturdays. $18.00/hr!

Assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
PAY RATE/RANGE $18-24/hr depending on experience
Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred.
Experience working with assembly-related operations or equivalent.
Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
Assemble components of all product lines.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
Ability in blueprint reading, component identification, use of pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, equipment operation, dimensioning, and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Making repairs to customer property including valves, wellheads, spools, chokes, actuators, and other surface wellhead equipment as required.
Assembling and breaking down of new or used equipment.
Tear down and troubleshoot customer-owned property for inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing based on customer communications.
Assembler Qualifications:
• 2+ years of assembly experience in an assembly shop required. Prefer oilfield tools or valve/ wellhead experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints and assembly drawings
• Knowledge of methods and procedures of assembling and testing valves; of test limits of valves
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle test
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
