A local fast-growing Insurance Company is looking for an outgoing Customer Service Representative to build and develop customer relationships within the community!

Insurance Services Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions & billing clarification
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
Insurance Services Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated & detail oriented
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, especially Windows
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is PREFERRED
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance license within first 90 days of employment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
