Member Services Sales Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and product recommendations.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Build relationships through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Support branch operations, including account openings and loan applications.
Member Services Sales Rep Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, or banking experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
