Garden Center Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Wednesday throughSunday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
- Will work in the outdoor retail garden center.
- Interact with the public.
- Set up nursery displays.
- Arrange plants and flowers, & hanging baskets.
- Grooming plants.
- Pulling orders from the nursery. Assisting customers.
- Will be cash-out customers
Garden Center Lead Qualifications:
- Bilingual candidate preferred.
- Previous experience in nursery/greenhouse work preferred.
- Experience with money handling &/or Square app payments.
- Customer service
- Clerical
- Previous lead role (1-2 yrs),
- Must be able to push flower cart 50lbs & operate a hand pallet jack
- Work is physical, will get dirty, wet, & work outdoors.
- Must Be Able to Work Weekends.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
