Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Repair and replace components to ensure machines operate efficiently
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies
Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus!
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
