Bookkeeper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 to $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Record financial transactions: Document daily transactions and ensure accuracy
- Reconcile financial statements: Compare bank statements to financial records to identify discrepancies
- Process accounts payable and receivable: Invoice customers, process cash receipts, and prepare cash disbursements
- Prepare financial reports: Create monthly reports and other financial documents
- Assist with budgeting: Provide data for budgeting and financial analysis
- Verify financial transactions by reviewing documents Maintain records:
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks.
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Relevant work experience in bookkeeping or a related field Experience working with business tools, income tax worksheets, and computations
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
