• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for maintenance needs while controlling costs.
• Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
