Maintenance/Painter Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to04:30pm )
- 30 min. paid lunch onsite or clock out for off-site.
Maintenance/Painter Qualifications:
- Apartment complex experience is a plus
- Janitorial/cleaning for complex and move-in ready
- Standing, bending, and lifting requirements
- Other qualifications and responsibilities may include:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Heating
- Landscaping
- General preparation of vacant units
