Spotter Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Guide forklift operators to ensure safe maneuvering in tight or high-traffic areas.
- Monitor surroundings and alert operators of obstacles, personnel, or hazards.
- Communicate using hand signals or radios to direct forklift movements.
- Ensure proper placement of materials and assist with load positioning.
- Conduct visual inspections of the work area to identify potential safety risks.
- Enforce safety protocols and report any violations or hazards to supervisors.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, such as organizing materials or maintaining a clean workspace.
Spotter Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of forklift operations and safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and move around the warehouse as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
