1st Janitorial (Floor tech) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.50 to $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift
Light Janitorial Work:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Clean restrooms and refill supplies
- Empty trash and recycling
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Spot clean walls and baseboards
- Maintain break rooms and kitchen areas
Heavy Janitorial Work:
- Deep clean high-traffic areas (BUFFING, WAXING, STRIPPING)
- Clean vents, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas
- Handle heavy-duty cleaning (restrooms, industrial spaces)
- Disinfect large or specialized areas Lift and move furniture for cleaning
- Assist with special or seasonal cleaning projects
Floor Tech Duties:
- STRIP AND WAX floors
- BUFF floors for shine
- Maintain floor equipment
1st Janitorial (Floor tech) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling, and safety measures and the
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (for heavy janitorial work)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid Drivers License
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
