Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
Set up and operate press machines for various production tasks. Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running at optimal efficiency and quality. Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, temperature, etc.) according to the specifications. Inspect materials for quality, defects, and consistency before, during, and after production. Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on press machines. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Collaborate with other production staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Record production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during operations. Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Troubleshoot issues and work with maintenance teams to resolve mechanical problems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Machine Operator Qualifications:
Must be able to lift a 50lb part from the floor to a table 2-3 days out of the week. (The rest of the week will be smaller parts)
Must have reliable transportation
Must have metal manufacturing experience.
