Controller IV - Manufacturing Details:
Direct Hire position- $
135,000.00 to $ 150,000.00 / annually Salaried
Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
- Oversee legal entity closing, revenue recognition, and compliance with US GAAP
- Analyze financial data, ensure accurate consolidation, and support variance analysis
- Manage ERP systems to meet reporting obligations (P&L, balance sheet, tax, cash flow)
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead entity planning, budgeting, and CAPEX strategy
- Forecast employee costs and develop financial projections
- Support regional/local financial analysis
Control & Compliance
- Maintain SOX-compliant control environment, coordinate audits, and remediate deficiencies
- Ensure approval authorities and segregation of duties are properly maintained
Functional & Project Leadership
- Manage AP, AR, G/L, and Payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Lead finance-related projects, implement process improvements, and develop team capabilities
- Support internal/external reporting, tax compliance, and special financial requirements
Controller IV - Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 8–10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Manufacturing or experience with public accounting firm in manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Experience with ERP systems (Baan, MRP, EPMX, Lotus Notes)
- Expertise in month-end close, financial planning, reporting, and controls Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
