Custodial Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Maintain cleanliness of break rooms, offices, restrooms, and production areas, including trash removal and floor sweeping.
- Perform chemical control checks and clean kitchen appliances, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
- Patrol outside of the building for litter and maintain the production floor’s cleanliness.
- Must lift 40-50 lbs consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires a 2-year commitment due to extensive training investment.
Custodial Lead Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds consistently and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Must be able to commit to at least 2 years with the company.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
