Food Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.52 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to04:30am )
- Overtime provided. It consists of working 12-hour shifts and making up to $1366.40 a week!
- Responsible for the efficient and correct preparation and documentation of the batch formulas.
- Record data for each food product batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle.
- Follow recipes to produce food products of specified flavor, texture, clarity, or color.
- Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients according to formulas or recipes.
- Mix or blend ingredients, according to recipes, using a paddle or an agitator, or by controlling vats that heat and mix ingredients.
- Select and measure or weigh ingredients.
Food Production Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months related experience in food production
- Read thermometers and gauges, recipes and charts
- Mechanically inclined
- Cross-train and work in all areas
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
