Field Sales Representative Details:
Direct Hire position- $
52,000.00 / annually Salaried
- Visit established customers regularly to maintain relationships and drive sales.
- Identify and acquire new customers in grocery chains, local food marts, convenience stores, and independent retailers.
- Promote and sell high-demand grocery products, making it easier to close new accounts.
- Work remotely and travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Utilize provided training and support to become familiar with daily sales tasks and product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance, track orders, and report progress to management.
- Independently manage sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Educate customers on product benefits, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Field Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in field sales, retail sales, or grocery/food distribution is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory. - Reliable transportation is required.
