Inside Sales & CAD Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Responsible for building, developing, and retaining customers necessary to drive a high-performance sales team
- Establish and manage customer requirements, including quote follow-ups and pro-expedite purchase orders
- Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Examine ways to offer practical, creative alternatives that increase CAVCO’s chances of successfully closing orders at higher margins
Inside Sales & CAD Specialist Qualifications:
- At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Must have experience in CAD programs
- Being able to do material take-offs from ISO drawings and blueprints is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Sense of urgency, high energy with high accountability
- Be available and responsive immediately when needed
- Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office 365
- Must be a team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goal
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
