Mandarin Sales Manager
We are looking for a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, managing the store, and leading our team to success.

- $3,500/month (First 3 Months); $4,500/month (After 3 Months)
- 1% on sales under $30K; 2% on sales over $30K
- Store Goal Bonus: If the store achieves the monthly sales goal of $150K, you'll receive an additional $1,500/month.
Mandarin Sales Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
13.00 / annually Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 10:00am to07:00pm )
- Drive sales by engaging customers, providing exceptional service, and selling appliances
- Ensure sales quotas are consistently met and exceeded
- Supervise and lead the store team, ensuring productivity, teamwork, and high performance
- Assist with loading appliances, organizing store displays, and maintaining store organization
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure the store runs smoothly
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and prepare regular reports for management
- Manage emails, correspondences, and customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
Mandarin Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Bilingual Mandarin/English required
- Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the appliance or retail industry
- Must be able to assist with loading appliances and handling physical tasks as necessary
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
