Depot Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
85,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to include the warehouse/distribution center.
- The Manager will partner with safety, quality, maintenance and supply chain in receiving and dispatching shipments, and stock control.
- Manager’s primary responsibility is ensuring efficient and safe production to meet company goals by optimizing performance, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining cost-effectiveness within the facility operations.
- Responsible for staff management of supervisors and production workers, managing schedules, resolving issues, and implementing improvements to production processes.
Depot Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
