We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager or Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in building maintenance, with expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

Maintenance Mechanic Technician/Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to07:00am )
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
Maintenance Mechanic Technician/Manager Qualifications:
- Able to follow diagrams, sketches, and operational manuals, manufacturer's recommended
- Preventive maintenance guidelines and general engineering specifications.
- Ideal candidates will be able to troubleshoot malfunctions, perform diagnostic checks, and identify areas of repairs or potential failure.
- Minimizing downtime by informing operators of routine preventive maintenance techniques and assisting with monitoring and compliance.
- As qualified, may assist with basic servicing and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Able to fabricate components as required to improve production and minimize losses.
- Ability to change fan motors, valves or components using machine shop tools and equipment.
- Familiar with basic process instrumentation, troubleshooting, and calibration of devices or tools.
- Read, understand, and troubleshoot using electrical and system schematics.
