We are seeking a friendly and organized Natural Medical Receptionist to join our holistic healthcare team. Medical Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:15am to05:30pm )
- Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Prepare intake forms and assist patients with necessary documentation.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
- Coordinate with practitioners and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Medical Receptionist Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of natural medicine, holistic therapies, or integrative health practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
