Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Performing repairs
- Respond to reports of broken or faulty items and complete repairs to equipment, fixtures, fittings, and building systems.
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery to remove defective components and test repairs.
- Conducting inspections
- Inspect buildings to ensure safety standards are met.
- Routine inspections of buildings to check for any issues that may hinder productivity or safety.
- Scheduling repairs
- Maintenance technicians schedule major repairs with the building's inhabitants. Liaising with contractors
- Maintenance technicians may liaise with external specialists and contractors.
- Maintaining inventories
- Keep complete and accurate records of repairs and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Maintenance technicians use their technical skills to do general maintenance on different products
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and systems
- Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
- Skilled in analyzing information and creating reports
- Good time-management skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
