Team Leader Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
• Directs operators with respect to production volume, quality of product and safety in workplace• Confers with Production Manager and Production Scheduler to establish working schedules for all departments connected with production• Execute and deliver annual Employee Appraisal/ Performance Reviews• Maintaining production or sales records as necessary• Keeps records of departmental activity as required. Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods and elimination of wasteful practices within the departmentAny other duties as assigned by the Production or Plant Manager
Team Leader Qualifications:
- Directs operators with respect to production volume, quality of product and safety in workplace
- Confers with Production Manager and Production Scheduler to establish working schedules for all departments connected with production
- Execute and deliver annual Employee Appraisal/ Performance Reviews
- Maintaining production or sales records as necessary
- Keeps records of departmental activity as required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
