HVAC Maintenance Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance.
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
HVAC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of onsite experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
- Required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
