Service Advisor
Hiring Immediately - Service Advisor to assess vehicle damage and provide accurate repair estimates for customers in a timely manner.

Service Advisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Saturday Shift may apply
Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options, and timelines
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims processes
- Manage the finding, ordering, inventory keeping, tracking, mirror matching and distribution of automotive parts in the body shop
- Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and industry standards • Previous experience as a body shop estimator
- Experience in an automotive parts role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members and vendors
- Proficiency in estimating software and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
