Sales Support Lead Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Lead & Appointment Management from Outbound Marketing efforts.
- Manage ongoing customer annual renewal and maintenance accounts.
- Ensure Purchase Orders and invoicing are tracked and closed out efficiently.
- Assist with building quotations for sales team.
- Assist with reviewing customer terms and conditions, identifying and resolving conflicts with Software License Agreements.
- Work closely with Sales and Consulting teams to maintain and update customer data in our CRM software.
- 10-20% Travel: Oversee the logistics for conferences, including registrations, travel arrangements, and exhibit material preparation to maximize brand visibility.
Sales Support Lead Qualifications:
- BS bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales environment.
- Proficiency in at least one CRM platform (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in data analytics & reporting, proficient MS Excel user and able to write advanced formulas in Excel.
- Experience with sales automation tools (such as Outreach, Salesloft, Hubspot, Pipedrive, or equivalent) and financial tracking systems.
- Knowledge of purchase order processing, invoicing, and renewal management.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment between sales, marketing, and finance.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
