Sales Support Lead Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift
  • Lead & Appointment Management from Outbound Marketing efforts.
  • Manage ongoing customer annual renewal and maintenance accounts.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders and invoicing are tracked and closed out efficiently.
  • Assist with building quotations for sales team.
  • Assist with reviewing customer terms and conditions, identifying and resolving conflicts with Software License Agreements. 
  • Work closely with Sales and Consulting teams to maintain and update customer data in our CRM software. 
  • 10-20% Travel: Oversee the logistics for conferences, including registrations, travel arrangements, and exhibit material preparation to maximize brand visibility. 

Sales Support Lead Qualifications:

  • BS bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one CRM platform (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in data analytics & reporting, proficient MS Excel user and able to write advanced formulas in Excel.
  • Experience with sales automation tools (such as Outreach, Salesloft, Hubspot, Pipedrive, or equivalent) and financial tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of purchase order processing, invoicing, and renewal management.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment between sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
