Cable Manufacturing Technician
We are seeking a skilled Cable Molding Technician/Engineer with hands-on experience in cable molding and a foundational knowledge of electronics.

Cable Manufacturing Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 40.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot cable molding equipment to produce high-quality molded products.
- Ensure proper material handling and preparation for molding processes.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain molding parameters to meet product specifications.
- Inspect and assemble cable components with embedded electronic parts.
- Test continuity, insulation, and performance of cables using standard electronic test equipment.
- Perform visual and functional inspections to verify conformity to specifications.
- Record and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in resolving any quality or performance issues during production.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding and cable equipment.
Cable Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred for engineer-level positions)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cable molding or related cable manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting molding and cable equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, including wiring, connectors, and testing principles
