2nd Shift Set-Up Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Set up machinery according to production specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and tooling for each job.
- Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with maintenance when needed.
- Work closely with machine operators to transition between jobs smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
2nd Shift Set-Up Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a machine set-up or mechanical role within manufacturing required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and use measuring tools.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
