Inventory and Sales Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 11:00am to06:30pm )
Duties:
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency
- Oversee inventory control, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of furniture and materials.
- Coordinate deliveries, scheduling, and logistics with customers and store teams.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and enforce safety procedures.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates to improve performance.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Inventory and Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in warehouse or logistics leadership, preferably in a furniture or retail environment.
- Strong sales and manager skills are required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy furniture, stand for long periods, and operate warehouse machinery.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Must have reliable transportation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
