Bilingual Warehouse Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annually
• First Shift

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely processing of 12,000 to 18,000 packages per day. Manage receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping activities.
• Lead a team of 20 employees, providing direction, support, and training to ensure all team members meet operational and safety standards. Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counting to ensure proper stock levels and accuracy. Implement strategies to minimize errors and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ensure the warehouse operates in full compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. Conduct regular safety meetings and audits to promote a culture of safety.
• Continuously analyze warehouse workflows and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize space utilization and improve package handling speed.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, processing time, and employee productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals for individual employees, and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with other departments, including transportation, customer service, and inventory control, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain open communication to address operational challenges and improve overall performance.
• Ensure that all warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems, are properly maintained and functioning. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs as needed.
