Bilingual Client Service Representative Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information related to their fulfillment needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their packing, shipping, and inventory needs, ensuring that all distributor requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in overseeing order fulfillment processes, including verifying that orders are packed according to client specifications and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise regarding order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, or other client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, special requests, and fulfillment requirements. Provide updates and reports to management as needed.
  • Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure that client requirements are followed through efficiently. Foster teamwork and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that packaging and fulfillment processes meet client expectations and compliance standards.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably within the fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce industries.
  • Ability to carefully follow specific client instructions and ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues and find solutions quickly.
  • Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and fulfillment systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to ensure smooth operations.
  • Familiarity with fulfillment center processes and inventory management systems.

Bilingual Client Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations, preferably within the fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to carefully follow specific client instructions and ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues and find solutions quickly.
  • Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and fulfillment systems.
  • Familiarity with fulfillment center processes and inventory management systems.
  • Must Speak English and Spanish
